FAQ: I am working remotely, so why am I getting an error with the CADTALK license?

Answer:

If you get an error that says "RemoteSessionDetected", this is due to a setting that was toggled when your license was created for CADTalk.  This setting affects whether the software can still be accessed using remoting services.


Solution:


Contact CADTalk support via email or phone, or create a ticket using this portal site, which indicates that you are receiving this message and we will take care of getting you a new license file that allows this to function properly when accessing CADTalk via Windows Remote Desktop Services.
